Where is your venue located?

We are conveniently located one block away from the Empire State Building.

Our building lobby is located on the right side of Heuk Hwa Dang in Koreatown.
From the building lobby, you can take the elevator to the 11th floor.

What are your business hours?
  • Sunday : 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM
  • Mon – Wed : 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM
  • Thursday : 5:00 PM – 4:00 AM
  • Friday : 5:00 PM – 4:30 AM
  • Saturday : 2:30 PM – 4:30 AM
Do I need to make a reservation before my visit?

Reservations are not required, you can walk-in anytime during our normal business hours.

Tables are subject to availability and will be provided on a first-come first-serve basis.

Can I make a reservation for my group?

Please visit our Reservations page to request a booking.

  • Same-day reservations are not guaranteed as our reservations office closes at 6 PM (weekdays).
  • Reservations are accepted for groups of 4 or more (Sun-Thu) and 6 or more (Fri & Sat).
  • All other parties will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.
How much does it cost to book billiard tables?

Our base rate starts at $30/hour for up to 2 guests on Sun – Thu & $40/hour, each additional guest is +$5/hour.

Am I required to make a deposit in advance for a reservation?

No, we do not ask for a deposit for any of our bookings, we do however require a card on file for No-Show protection.

The entire payment amount will be charged physically at the venue (unless a previous arrangement has been made in advance, which is subject to management approval).

What is your No-Show, Cancellation, & Reschedule policy?
  • You are required to input your credit/debit card during the booking process on Square Appointments.
  • Bookings made directly through our customer relations team may require a Cancellation Waiver form to be signed & completed.
  • The payment method you provide will not be charged except in the case of a No-Show or Cancellation.
  • We ask customers to check-in 15 minutes BEFORE their reservation start time. You are considered a No-Show if you are more than 20 minutes late without advance notice.
  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your reservation date for the No-Show/Cancellation fee to be waived.
  • Please contact us if you have an extenuating circumstance, we will try our best to accommodate any and all requests.
Do you allow BYOB?

No, Space Billiard venue does not accommodate BYOB service.

Is there a cover fee or entry charge?

We do not charge an entry fee so please feel free to visit Space Billiard.

When should I arrive before the reservation to check in?

The primary host must check in 15 mins prior to your scheduled reservation time to guarantee your reservation starts on time or the reservation may be considered forfeited.

What are the age requirements to enter?

Yes, with a few exceptions, all guests need to be 21 or older and provide valid, physical government-issued IDs to enter our venue. Photocopies or pictures of documents will NOT be accepted.

  • Valid New York State driver’s license or a valid driver’s license from any other state or Canada;

  • Valid identification issued by the New York Department of Motor Vehicles (non-driver ID card);

  • Valid United States military identification; and

  • Valid passport or visa from the United State government or any other country.

 

Under 18 WITHOUT a parent or legal guardian
We do not allow guests under 18 to enter without a parent, legal guardians unless otherwise accommodated with our management office and documents to be completed.

Under 18 WITH a parent or legal guardian
Minors who visit as part of a family gathering may enter & stay until 9 PM on Sun – Thu, until 8 PM on Fri & Sat and It is mandatory for minors to be accompanied by their parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) for the entire rental session. Uncles, aunts, older siblings, older cousins, etc. are not  considered legal guardians unless they are appointed custody under legal court proceedings.

Under 21 & Between 18-20
Young adults (between 18-20 years old) are allowed to enter our venue by themselves & stay until 9 PM on Sun – Thu.
On Fri & Sat, young adults must be accompanied by their parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) to enter & stay until 8 PM.

Between 18-20 WITH a corporate representative
Legal adults under the age of 21 (“Youth Participant”) visiting as part of a corporate event, must have a ‘Supervisor Form For Youth Participant‘ on record with the venue. A corporate representative (i.e. supervisor, manager, etc) will fill out this form on behalf of the Youth Participant. Without this form, any and all minors will be denied entry at the venue. Forms are also available at the venue to fill out physically in person.

Do you accept corporate event reservations at your billiard venue?

Yes. We are proud hosts of corporate events for all types of businesses. Inquire about how you can get 10% discount off your entire bill for groups of 25 or more. Pre-payment options and invoices can be generated upon request (please note we may need a few business days for processing)! Please be advised that multiple discounts (i.e. corporate + birthday discount) cannot be stacked, we can apply a maximum of one (1) discount per bill.

Is there a dress code?

Our dress code for entry is No baggy pants, No hats.

How can I get Birthday discount?

We are providing a 10% discount to all birthday customers with valid ID and DOB before/after 7 days. Please bring your ID which shows your DOB.

Please also be noted that Corporate discounts and Birthday discounts can not be duplicated.

How can I request catering services?

Food catering orders can be placed through Reserve > Event Inquiry or via email (hello@spacebilliard.com) and must be placed at least 7 days prior to the event date. Also, we can’t accommodate refund or backorders for catering items on the day of the events.

Are there any Vegan, Kosher, Gluten-free foods?

Unfortunately, we don’t have Vegan, Kosher, and Gluten-free foods. Typically, we do not allow any outside foods, but customers with strict dietary restrictions (such as Vegan, Kosher, Gluten-free) only can bring their own food.

Am I allowed to smoke or vape in the venue?

No. Our building has strict restrictions about smoking/vaping for the pool table section, bar, as well as the elevator.

Do you accept Apple Pay? How many cards can we use to split our bill?

We accept all contactless payment options including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, & NFC. We can accept a maximum of 3 cards to split payment on a check.
